Thanks for taking me

in the dark

i hid underneath a halfpipe

listening to people

go up

down

back up

and then

down again

i held the  kneepads

 i got for christmas

 to my chest

the way i hugged my dog

when i first learned

i couldn't see

grandma

 anymore

in two hours

my dad

would pick me up

and

ask how it went

i would tell him

i learned lots of new tricks

what's coming next

i'm right hand dominant

in february I wore a patch over my right eye for 2 days

with no use of my right eye

i could not watch things just fall apart

my left eye made me fix them

i bumped in to things

i couldn't focus on your face

those things inspired me

I kept the eyepatch in my front pocket the third day

please stop texting, google

why would they send text messages

google

google is already established in life

google doesn't need to think

i'm not as established in life

i need to think of what to write
